Lizzie McGuire is getting her own makeup collection
You may remember the name Lizzie McGuire if you’re an early 2000s Disney fan for being the spunky girl next door getting in and out of trouble with her faithful friends Miranda and Gordo. “Lizzie McGuire” nearly made a comeback with a re-boot scheduled for 2019 that was later scrapped but she’s getting her second chance with a new makeup collaboration collection with Colourpop.
The new Lizzie McGuire collection by ColourPop will be a blast from the past with colors and packaging that screams the 2000s. ColourPop started teasing the collection on social media hinting at the collaboration featuring the silhouette of the iconic cartoon version of Lizzie McGuire that is featured on various products.
The new collection features a variety of products including a 12-pan eyeshadow palette, lip scrub, 4 plumping gloss, 2 glitter gels, and 2 pressed powder blush colors. The top talked-about product is the 12-pan What Dreams are Made Of palette that references the song featured in “Lizzie McGuire: The Movie” featuring a variety of matte and shimmer pastel shades inspired by Lizzie McGuires’ style.
The ColourPop x Lizzie McGuire collection will debut on March 26 at 10 a.m. PST on the ColourPop cosmetics website.
