Calamine Lotion
Rashes are awful. The only thing more awful is how frequent they are in the hotter months. If you're prone to rashes, whip up some calamine to soothe your skin.
Materials
- 1/8 cup water
- 4 tsps Bentonite Clay
- 4 tsps Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Glycerin optional
Instructions
- Throw the clay, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix them together until they're well-combined.
- Stir the water in to get your preferred consistency. Feel free to adjust the water until it's as thin or thick as you prefer.
- If you're using the glycerin, add it now. It's not required, but adding it will make it nice and smooth so it glides on clean.
- Store the mix in a small, airtight container, and use as necessary.
